Refund Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We take great pride in the quality of our products and. However, we recognize that there may be instances where a refund or exchange is necessary. Please review our refund policy below for details on how we address these situations..

1. Order Accuracy and Quality:

We strive to fulfill your order with the highest level of care. If your order does not meet your expectations regarding accuracy or quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may ask for photos of the arrangement for evaluation. If we determine there was an error on our part or the product does not meet our quality standards, we will provide a replacement.

2. Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly notify us as soon as possible. Any deposits or progress payments made up until the this point will NOT be refundable.

3. Change of Mind:

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to modify your order you are welcomed to do so, we do not have a minimum spend. Please note we will only preserve the amount of flowers we will need for each order, the rest will be discarded.

4. Flower Longevity:

There are many factors that can hinder the lifespan of your forever piece. Exposure to UV, humid environments and moisture can have a negative inpact and effect the lifespan of your piece. Flowers are also chemically treated prior to florsits purchasing them which can in turn affect the lifespan of your piece. the lifespan of your piece can last 1year(s) to decades and is dependant from bouquet to bouquet 

5. Process for Refunds:

Refund requests will be processed within three business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that our refund policy aims to ensure fairness and satisfaction for both our customers and our business. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the issue arises from the customer's failure to follow care instructions, if the product has been altered, or if the refund request is made outside the specified timeframes.
