Shipping Policy

Orders are sent within 3 business days of placing your order unless it is a preorder and stated in the item listing. On average please allow 1-5 days for express postage depending on location and 5-12 days for general postage depending on location. Postage times are an estimate and are dependant on the postal service itself. All items are sent with tracking. Should your order become lost during transit, you can use your tracking to lodge an investigation with Australia Post to find out where your order is, or alternatively you can contact us and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf. If you require a specific delivery date please contact us first to confirm that we are able to accommodate your request.

For all custom orders please allow 1-2 weeks to create your piece and add postage times on top of this. We use either Australia Post or a courier service depending on the order. We endeavour to communicate any delays with orders where possible.

Some extra large piece along with frame work may not be available for postage, if this is the case it will be noted on the specific item and will need to be collected by the buyer
